Ingredients: 52% spelt flour, water, 9% spelt flakes, sunflower seeds, wheat flour, 1% spelt whole meal, sea salt, yeast, rye whole grain and meal, malted wheat flour, acidity regulator: sodium acetates; rape oil, flavouring, alcohol.
May contain traces of soya, milk, nuts, mustard and sesame.
Bake from frozen in a pre-heated oven for ca. 8-10 minutes. Baking temperature: Fan oven: 180°C convection oven: 200°C
