Ingredients: wheat flour, water, baking agent (wheat bran; pregelatinized wheat flourwheat gluten, wheat flour, roasted barley malt), wheat sourdough 5% (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, malted wheat flour), potato flakes, dried rye sourdough 1% (rye flour), sea salt, yeast, malted wheat flour, acidity regulator: sodium acetates; salt, rape oil, flavouring, alcohol. May contain traces of soya, milk, nuts, mustard and sesame.
Bake from frozen in a pre-heated oven for ca. 8-10 minutes. Baking temperature: Fan oven: 180°C convection oven: 200°C
