It confirms that our raw materials, manufacturing processes, and products comply with the legal requirements for organic farming and are regularly inspected by independent control bodies.

Energy management according to DIN EN ISO 50001
In our scope of application – the large-scale bakery for the production of frozen and MAP bakery products and doughs at our locations (according to the appendix) – we have introduced and established a comprehensive Energy Management System (EnMS). This system is an integral part of our corporate strategy and ensures that we systematically record, evaluate, and continuously improve energy use, consumption, and efficiency.
As part of the recertification audit, clear evidence was provided that our company fully meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 50001. This internationally recognized standard ensures that we manage our energy flows transparently, identify potential savings, and consistently implement measures for the sustainable reduction of our energy consumption.
The successful recertification underlines our long-term commitment to sustainability, resource conservation, and climate protection. At the same time, it is a strong signal to customers, partners, and employees: we act responsibly, invest in the future, and actively contribute to continuously reducing our ecological footprint.
