We produce around the clock—365 days a year. Using state-of-the-art equipment and decades of experience, we produce millions of bread rolls every day. Our aim is to combine the highest quality with maximum efficiency, ensuring reliable freshness at all times. In this way, we are shaping the future of bread roll production—continuously, sustainably, and innovatively.
Since 1999, coolback has stood for taste and freshness at the highest bakery quality. Across our four sites in Jänickendorf, Hoppegarten and Luckenwalde in the Berlin area, as well as in Suhl in Thuringia, our more than 700 employees produce over 1.2 billion baked goods each year, based on traditional and innovative recipes. Through targeted investments in state-of-the-art baking technology and continuous capacity expansion, we have established ourselves as a high-performing and reliable partner in the market.
